Black British Book Festival

  • Barbican Silk Street London, England United Kingdom (map)

We’re so proud to be part of this year’s Black British Book Festival — a vibrant celebration of Black British literature, voices, and community.

Hosted at the iconic Barbican Centre, this year’s festival brings together emerging talent and beloved authors for a day of creativity, connection, and culture. From the takeover of Manchester Central Library to their nationwide book tour, this movement is shifting the literary landscape in powerful ways.

🧵 Find the ThreadPoint stall for signed storybooks, sensory-friendly bookmarks, and a few gentle surprises. We’ll be there all day, sharing stories that help children see the systems that shape them.

Come for the books, stay for the magic.
